Service Department

Servicing is provided for specific current and older model products.  The component is disassembled and any internal parts are inspected and measured.  All worn or non-compliant parts of the component are replaced.  Any additional configuration changes requested are incorporated.  The component is reassembled and measured for conformance.  It is then tested for functionality and upon satisfactory testing is returned to customer.  

Rear hub axle length conversion options are dependent on the age of the component and inspection on site.

 

 

You NEED to have a return authorization number before shipping anything to phil wood.  This will expedite the handling of your parts.  to receive a RA# contact us and provide your  return shipping address, contact information, service desired, and payment method.  RA#s are valid for 30 days, after which, a new RA# must be assigned.  Please label the  ra# clearly on the outside of the box.  Thank you.
