Warranty
You MUST have a return authorization number before shipping anything to phil wood. to receive a RA# contact us and provide your return shipping address, contact information, service desired, and payment method. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS (RA#) are valid for 30 days, after which, a new RA# must be assigned.

Phil Wood Hubs and Bottom Brackets are manufactured with attention to quality and detail necessary for top performance. Both Hubs and bottom Brackets come with a warranty covering parts and workmanship for possible defect, which would be determined upon inspection by Phil Wood & Co. Any abnormal wear with non-warranty parts may be determined to be a no-fault replacement part and will be handled on an individual basis at Phil Wood & Co.
